Begin any match and pause the game. Go into the Options, hold down the L Button and highlight Exit. While still holding L press the R Button. This should access the free camera movement. Use the L and R Buttons to spin the angle, use Y and Z to zoom in and out, and use the directional pad to pan Left, Right, Up, and Down.
