Wipeout

The said it couldn't be done on Saturn, that this PlayStation "exclsuive" was just too advanced, but Psygnosis (who, in addition to making the PlayStation development kit, make one for Saturn, too), proved the naysayers wrong.

The game itself is a super fast futuristic anti-gravity racing game with a killer techno soundtrack and some fantastic graphic design, courtesy of England's Designer's Republic. As with the original, race for time and beat out opponents, with the assistance of numerous arsenal pick-ups along the way -- missiles, shields, speed power-ups, etc. The gameplay is as killer as the graphics, and Saturn's version is even a skitch faster than PlayStation's.
