First enter 'TSYBNS' at the Password screen, then at the car selection screen, select "Car Showcase" and "Mechanical." From here, select "Next Slide." You can now add extra weight to the front of the car you are viewing by pressing L1 and add weight to the back of the car by pressing R1. The weight is marked by the number or red triangles at the end of the car.
First, go to the password entry in the Tournament Mode and enter TSYBNS. Next, exit the Tournament Mode and proceed to the Single Race mode. The hidden track, "Lost Vegas, " will now be available to race.
Immediately after selecting the opponent car, push and hold L1, O, Square, and Up/Left on the control pad until loading is complete. When the race begins, push Up on the D-Pad to shoot machine guns. Sorry, you can't shoot your guns and honk the horn at the same time. Darn.
Go to the Tournament Password screen, enter 'SPKSHC' and leave the tournament. Go into any other mode, highlight the Rusty Springs course, and hold L1+R1+Triangle. The course will change to to the Lunar Rally course.
First, go to the password entry in the Tournament Mode and enter TSYBNS. Next, exit the Tournament Mode and proceed to the Single Race mode. Hold down L1+R1 when making your track selection and all the tracks will be available in Rally Mode. In addition, the Rusty Springs track will now be called Oasis Springs.
First, go to the password entry in the Tournament Mode and enter TSYBNS. Next, exit the Tournament Mode and proceed to the Single Race mode. While selecting your car, hold down L1+R1. You will now be able to choose the Warrior Car.
