To get the alternate outfits, go to the Main Menu and highlight Competition. Press DOWN, R1, UP, DOWN, R2, UP, R2, UP, UP, R1, DOWN, DOWN, R2. The announcer should say, 'Here we go!'
*Note: the new uniforms work in every mode except Competition.
