Play as Duku or Shorko

At the character selection screen, set the cursor on Billy => Marian => Chung Fu => Jimmy for 3 seconds each. If you did this right you will then hear "Bingo!". You may now choose Duku or Shorko.

Select Your Opponent on the CD System

To select your CPU opponent, go to OPTIONS and change each of the options to a new value, then reset them to their original value. In the Character Selection Screen, you will see that the CPU has already 'chosen' a character. Choose your Character then move the cursor and you will get to choose who you fight!!

You can still use the Boss Code and fight Shuko straight away. If you defeat him, you will get the ending. Before the endings, RESET the system, and start a NEW game. The Character selection screen will have the portraits of each character in caricature form.

Note: These tips are for the CD version of Double Dragon.
