Defeating the First Boss

To defeat the first boss easily, kick him while you're ducking. If your timing is right, he'll trip and bounce a bit. While he's bouncing, immediately stand up and kick him again. He'll fall into a sitting position. At this point, get close and punch him at least three times, then duck and kick him fast to finish him off.
